Returns

At Soft Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products that are damaged, used, or incomplete may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
